At Bodyspeak Cosmetics we ensure that your complaint is handled carefully and according to a fixed procedure. We guarantee confidential handling of your complaint. We ask you to submit your complaint as detailed as possible and email it to klachten@bodyspeak.nl

educations
Your complaint about our training courses will be treated by Bodyspeak Cosmetics with the same care and confidentiality as complaints about products.

Handling
Our staff will process your complaint and strive for a satisfactory solution for all parties. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us.

At Bodyspeak Cosmetics we aim to respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. Should the handling take longer, we will inform you of this and give an indication of when you can expect a response.

If you are not satisfied with the proposed solution, you can submit your complaint to an independent dispute committee.

The decision of this dispute committee is binding on us, and we will deal with any consequences promptly.
